Dinner “Emiliana” with 4 friends less than 11 euros per person

Dinner for 4 people taste Emilia ….

After a steaming bowl of noodles with meat sauce enriched with a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano 30 months and a second with crescentine stuffed with flavorful coppa seasoned Gazzetti.

Preparation: Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the sauce in a large pan and, after the drained noodles, add them to the sauce.

After having served,  add a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Crescentine must be warmed   on both sides in a frying pan,  cutted  in half  and  filled to your liking.
