Our Artisan Salami follows an old time process: it is made by selected local pork meat and it is 60 day aged in special drying rooms. It has no gluten or lactose presence, that makes it suitable also for people with food intolerance.
To taste the delicious flavour and aroma nuance of Gazzetti’s Artisan Salami, cut it by hand using a long knife. Remove the skin and cut 45 degrees oblique 3-4 mm thick salami slices, to obtain the typical elongated shape.
You can pair Artisan Salami with bread and a glass of red wine like Lambrusco Grasparossa from Castelvetro.
