This piece of our traditional Felino’s salami is 800 gr size. Shipped in specific packaged in order to keep the freshness of the product.
We make the salami with a crush of meat composed of a 70% of lean and a 30% of fat chosen parts. We hand-salt the meat, pack it in natural pork lard skin, and we leave it to mature in ventilated cellars.
The maturation has to last at least 60 days.
